Amazing view, fresh breezes through the apartment and the espresso machine.

The property is good value for money. Especially if there is three of four people. The apartment has all the facilities you need, but if you need anything else, the host is very helpful. It is a gated community and has a security guard. It is in a good location, which is a ten minute walk from the Medina and Municipal beach. It has two restaurants open from 7am to late at the bottom of the apartment block. Lots of shops and a supermarket close by. Lots of other restaurants and currency exchange. The host is very helpful. There is a swimming pool at the bottom, but it is a shared one. However, I didnt see many people use it. The apartment is on the 8th floor and has a nice balcony view of the city. I thought the area was safe, as i saw a lot of women walking around on their own without being hassled.

There are two bathrooms, one is quite small though and has no door. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan to use. The area is quite noisy.

Das Appartment hat eine Toplage, nahe der Medina und dem Hafen. Die Ausstattung ist super und der Blick aufs Meer, die Medina und den Hafen ist einfach traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen.
