The layout of the room was awesome for 3 adults, two beds and two bathrooms. Bed and bath in upstairs loft.
Check in process is not properly communicated and could be much better executed. Told to park in back lot but not told where to check in. Walked all the way around the block and found front door. Staff then walked us all the way back around building and showed us our room. TV did not get reception. Very expensive.

Breakfast was not included or available.
The reason for our partly negative review is that our room was not cleaned/made up during our 2 night stay.
It was all very clean and tidy when we arrived, but no member of staff entered the room from when we arrived until after we had left. We were surprised that the waste bins had not been emptied, the bed had not been made and the empty water bottles not replaced.

Great location in the Centre of town. Very comfy bed and lovely bathroom.
Receptionist‘s table was right outside the room on the landing, which was not great. We heard every phone call and conversation the receptionist was having - didn’t feel like there was any privacy at all.
Room was very hot as well!
