Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Dazu gibt es einen großen Garten, in dem sich unser Hund super wohlgefühlt hat. Im unglaublich sauberen Haus gibt es alles, was wir für unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub brauchten. Die Vermieter, Herr und Frau Karmann, sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kamen sogar vorbei, um meiner Frau zum Geburtstag zu gratulieren und brachten selbstgemachte Geschenke mit! So etwas hatten wir noch nirgends erlebt! Wir können das Ferienhaus Florian nur jedem empfehlen, für den Zwiesel der richtige Urlaubsort ist!!!
