For You Rentals Céntrico y Luminoso Apartamento TEMPORAL en Madrid EST21

The apartment looks good and it’s very central and the neighborhood is nice, only 5 minutes walk to Plaza mayor.

Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. The check-in process was already quite complicated, but the biggest problem was the lack of communication and basic organization. When we arrived after a long overnight flight, exhausted and wanting to shower, there were no towels, no toilet paper, no kitchen paper towels, and no garbage bags. I contacted them immediately, but getting help was extremely difficult. The phone service is handled by bots, and the calls kept getting disconnected. After several attempts, I finally reached a very sweet lady who apologized and assured me that the cleaning staff would bring everything as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it took five hours for the items to arrive. For us, this was simply unacceptable, especially after arriving exhausted from a long flight. We also discovered later that the towels had actually been left in a closet in the hallway, so we could have collected them ourselves if we had simply been told where they were. Even worse, the towels smelled damp and had several stains on them. Another frustrating issue was the instruction requiring guests to empty the A/C water containers, with a possible €500 fine if this is not done. However, there were no instructions explaining how to do this, and we could not even find the containers. We contacted them for clarification but never received a useful explanation. Overall, the apartment itself was not the issue — the poor communication, lack of clear instructions, and the amount of time it took to resolve very basic problems made the stay unnecessarily stressful. For the price, we expected a much more organized and professional experience.
