The Stables at Minstrel Court

Comfortable bed and the walk in shower. A/C was great as it was hot whilst we were there. The lakeside gardens were very pretty.

The bidet shower hose didn’t work and although there was plenty of hot water we’d have liked the shower to be a bit hotter. The stables are very close to a busy main road but with the windows closed it wasn’t too noisy.

Everything! Was spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, great stay! And the aircon was glorious!

It’s in the middle of nowhere but we didn’t mind that.

Love the conversions they are lovely and well done and lovely seating area outside each stable Great they accept dogs in each one making it easier for us as a family ! Lovely place and staff were great when we did have an issue they came immediately.

It is by a main road although this didn’t bother us it may bother others. Air con was an issue but they fixed it very quickly and it was exceptionally hot. Deposit is steep compared to price of room I had 3 rooms for family so I had to pay £450! And now waiting for it to be returned. I think £50 is more acceptable. Otherwise it’s not great value for Kelly whilst I wait 2 weeks for it back.

Was a beautiful place when we arrived, nice walking about the garden.

We had no signal on the phone, not a good place for Internet; to pay for the night in the stables and a breakage payment of £150, which I didn't think was needed! This took over an hour to rectify. When we went into the room there was a cockroach in the bathroom, poking it's head up the drain now and again, also 1 in the living room/bedroom i killed it and tried to skiff it up the floor so the owners could see it, but it went under the day bed, this was in number 6. Was disappointed to see this in England.
