No welcome pack, disappointing in such an expensive property. Had to go out to get milk, tea etc. Games room poor, football table worn out, pool table too close to football table and cramped. Cues lacked tips and table not level. Play room games all needed tidying and sorting out components (cards, boards etc.) Wood stairs slippery Problems finding out how to turn lights, cookers on, host wasn’t fully briefed on this. Needed more info in advance, eg key pad Some kitchen utensils need replacement. Some crockery dirty. But we had a great weekend, thanks

Stunning property. Lots of space - yet homely. Open Kitchen/ diner area. Large sitting room and large hot tub and veranda. Beautiful grounds.

The lights are complicated to use/ don’t all work. The sound systems in all room have flashing purple lights on the ceilings making it difficult to sleep. Would be good to have better instruction on how to use the system. Maybe a handbook in the house or staff to show guests.

Loved the hot tub and the view from the conservatory! The kitchen was very well equipped, had an air frier, two sinks, two ovens and a microwave. Excellent for us as we love to cook.
