The place was very accommodating. It would have been nice to know that there were two pull out couches that made up the sleeping arrangements. There's a beach in walking distance and it is very private, which was very nice. The house had all of the beach essentials we needed. The house had all the ammenities we needed as well.
The location was not close to any stores/restaurants. It was about a twenty minutes drive minimum to a store/restaurant.

The house was very clean and had many ammenities such as the pool table golf cart, beach chairs, towels, and much more. Other reviews mentioned mosquitos but we didn't really noticed them. The house was very spacious and allows to fit a big family of 12. The beach is very close, a 3 min walk, and very private (waves are a bit strong). Each room had a tv and cieling fans (good for this florida heat). The host was very attentive and allowed us to even cheack in early. Would 100% go back.

The location was ideal. There was ample room for everyone to have their space. The remodeled areas of home were very very nice. I liked that there were items to use like trash bags, condiments and coffee. There was also plenty of towels and a nice washer and dryer. Bed’s were pretty comfortable. The pool table wasn’t really necessary and we could’ve used another sitting area. Proximity to the beach and the beach were really nice.
There was a musty smell that lingered in our clothes after we left. The areas of the house that wasn’t remodeled was very noticeable, but doable seeing the result of the remodel. The bright EXIT signs were very bright and maybe not allowable but we had to cover them at night to sleep. The property was lushly and beautifully landscaped and so the mosquito and no see um population was lush! Bring your bug spray! The pool wasn’t enclosed with screen and so hours were limited for us with kids because of the bugs.
