The staff were absoloutely amazing with their local knowledge and ordered me a taxi and told and showed me where and when to use the trams . Very close by but far enough away I could not hear them

This was very goo value for money and the staff was very helpful, despite the language barrier.
I would have given them 5 stars across the board.
However, cleaning was missed on one day, during our stay. Plus, the bed was too soft for me, a firmer of bed would have suited me better.
I should have asked for a change of room.
Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was overall very clean, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, there were several issues that affected the experience. The breakfast selection was very limited and could benefit from more variety.
In the bathroom, there were a few maintenance problems. The shower head was broken, the toilet paper holder was damaged, and the toilet seat did not function properly—the lid kept falling down while in use, which was quite inconvenient.
While cleanliness was good, the hotel would greatly improve with better maintenance and a more satisfying breakfast offering.would i come here again? No
