The area very good

I booked this room for my wife during the mentioned dates. Overall, most things were fine and the facilities were good. The hotel is located in a slightly isolated area, which can be great for people looking for peace and quiet, but it can also feel uncomfortable for a woman staying alone. However, there were some important issues. The room had only one towel, and it was rough. The quality did not match the “luxury” description of the room or the 4-star rating mentioned in the hotel’s profile. More seriously, something happened that left my wife extremely traumatized. Early in the morning around 6 AM, she briefly went out and came back to shower and prepare for check-out. While she was changing inside the room, someone from outside tried to open the room door. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. Safety, privacy, and quality standards should always reflect the level of service a hotel claims to offer.

A special mention goes to Fateeha, who took care of my room with such care and kindness. The room was always spotless, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly added a personal touch to the stay. The team at Rent-Inn Boutique Hotel clearly take pride in what they do — and it shows. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its comfort and convenience, but for the genuinely lovely people who make staying there such a positive experience.
