Damaged or missing items will be billed to the renter.
No animals are allowed on the premises to renters, including service animals. This is enforced by the Sapphire Board. Violators will not be allowed to check in or will be removed without a refund.
No smoking on the premises.
No Glass in Pool Area. Drinks must be in plastic or metal containers.

Exceptional apartment, exceptional views (including PERFECT views of SpaceX launches - which I enjoyed), exceptional location, perfectly clean, perfect in every way - AND exceptional owner who was friendly helpful, responsive. Superb experience.

Gorgeous condo. Beautifully decorated, clean, elegant, amazing view. Nicole was very sweet/professional. Checkin and checkout was fast/easy. Just an overall great weekend. It was a surprise treat for my wife. She was blown away.
