Welcome to La Lagune, a bright and peaceful 76 m² house, ideal for enjoying Les Sables-d'Olonne with family or friends.
Located just a short distance from the charming village centre of Olonne-sur-Mer, the house is around 13 minutes by car from Grande Plage, La Paracou and Sauveterre beaches, and 10 minutes from the centre of Les Sables-d'Olonne. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, with a large supermarket just 200 metres away.
Set entirely on one level, the house features a spacious, light-filled living area with two large glass doors opening onto a south-facing, private garden. It includes one bedroom with a large double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 5 guests.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge with ice dispenser and pod coffee machine. Wi-Fi, TV and washing machine are also available.
Outside, enjoy a 250 m² garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made before your arrival: simply drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.
