The Neighborhood:
Vista Vela II Gated Community just behind Costco. The Condo is very well located only a 7-10 minute drive to downtown where all the action is. Supermarkets, banks, and hospitals are all within short distances of the development.
Getting Around:
You can use uber x to get around, it's fast and cheap. If you decide to bring a car there is free private underground parking for our guests.
Other Things to Note:
Construction on-site on weekdays (Sometimes it is noisy, sometimes not)
HOUSE RULES
• Be mindful of your neighbors
• No Smoking inside the property and no throwing litter from balcony.
• No parties or disturbances are permitted. Keep the noise to the minimum after 11 pm and before 9 AM.
• No additional guests allowed in the property.*
• Remember to turn A/C and lights off when you leave the property.
• Parking must be in the Unit Number's Parking spot #4403 (Do not block the neighbor´s sparking spots)*
• Speed limit inside the community is 15 km/h
• No pets allowed
• No glass containers allowed in pool and common areas and don’t have loud music in the common areas.
• Garbage must be thrown in the garbage shut, littering from the balcony or leaving garbage in common areas is not permitted.
• Children under 10 years old must are not permitted without adult supervision in the pool area or clubhouse.
• Use of drones is strictly prohibited
