Welcome to 34V3 by AlgarveManta, a modern, elegant, and carefully decorated refuge, located in Manta Rota, just a few minutes walk from the sea. This V3 house, with approximately 130 m² of area, is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for comfort, functionality, and proximity to the beach.
Distributed over two floors, the house offers spacious and well-organized spaces. On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is one of the strong points of the accommodation, featuring an induction hob, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee machine (Delta Q), toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals with total convenience.
On the first floor, there are two additional rooms, both with double beds, one of them being a suite with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a third bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The house accommodates up to 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi access, and television for entertainment moments.
On the outside, a wide space stands out, ideal for leisure and outdoor living. A patio oriented south to north surrounds part of the dwelling and is equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs, barbecue, dishwasher, outdoor shower, and awning, providing the perfect environment for family meals or moments of relaxation.
The location is privileged, about 400 to 500 meters from Manta Rota Beach, allowing easy walking access. In the vicinity, guests will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and other services, and are still about 2 km from Vila Nova de Cacela.
The property has a parking space inside the gate, with an additional option on the street. Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is not recommended for young groups.
