Blue Vista is a gorgeous top floor, ocean front, corner unit that offers stunning ocean and bay views. It is the perfect sanctuary if you’re looking to relax and recharge. Its open floor plan allows you to soak up breathtaking ocean views from the gourmet kitchen and inviting dining/living areas. You will never want to leave the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf with ample seating to sit, sip and dine; the views do not get any better than this! *This vacation rental is equipped with a ring doorbell for your security and protection. Additionally with devices that monitor the environment inside the property including: smoking, noise levels, temperature, and motion to help our guest have a pleasant stay.*
We care for Blue Vista as a home and resort retreat. We strive to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where precious forever memories are made! It is beautifully appointed and artfully decorated throughout and stocked with everything you would normally need in a vacation home.
This vacation oasis is perfect for a larger family, two smaller families, or couple looking to enjoy the best views in style. Blue Vista offers a king bed in the primary with ensuite bathroom and private balcony to view the sunset, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds (twin over twin). Sleeps up to 8. The unit includes 3 sizable high-end TV's, WIFI, cable, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the west end of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is cleaned & groomed offering a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Check out: 10 AM
• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

The property has beautiful views. The area is nice and quiet. Awesome being able to watch the sun rise every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.we loved the decor of the home, it is bright and airy. This is our 2nd time staying here and it will not be our last. The property is Wheelchair friendly.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful views, pristine condition. Lovely kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc.. Great location near the beach, and so quiet this time of year. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Pointe West several times, but this is one of the nicest condos we've stayed in. It was absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially loved the unobstructed beach views, easy dune walkover access, and close proximity to the beach club. We’d absolutely stay here again!

House was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The large patio with plenty of seating overlooking the beach is a huge plus!!!! The family spent most of the time out there enjoying the view and nice ocean breeze. It was conveniently located near the beach access walkway. We visited the pool one afternoon and it was great too. This home is located a bit outside of Galveston. It was worth it in our opinion to not have to deal with all the people and traffic. On any given day it was like we had the beach to ourselves. If you stay here, you won’t regret it!!!
