With its red tile floors and crisp white walls, the space exudes a refreshing and immaculate allure. Enjoy the gentle breezes from both the south and the north, courtesy of ample windows. Stay cool and comfortable with the brand-new AC unit ensuring a pleasant retreat from the sun. Drift off to a restful sleep on the plush new pillowtop king bed after a day of soaking up the rays, while high-speed wifi keeps you seamlessly connected throughout your stay. For entertainment, indulge in movie nights with the Flatscreen Smart TV equipped with popular streaming apps like Netflix and Prime.

Please be advised that the building has informed us that they will need to close the pool area starting on June 3rd. 2024 and extending until June 17th 2024, to undergo necessary corrections. We understand that these corrections may cause some inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. We have adjusted our pricing to reflect the closure of this amenity during this time period. Luckily we are just 3 blocks down to the sand at Los Muertos where the ocean will be nearly Caribbean Warm by June. Thank you for your understanding.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
**Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and ends at 9 pm. If guests arrive after 9 p.m there is a Late Check In fee of 35 USD Dollars to cover for the additional time of the concierge meeting for the check in. Self Check in is not possible in this property.
