This Charming penthouse loft opens to a full length balcony through wide glass sliders that invite you to take in the magnificent views of Banderas Bay and Zona Romantica. High vaulted ceilings make this 750 Sq. ft. condo feel large and open. Updated with modern finishes while retaining a taste of Mexican style.
This condo, which is only 9 stairs up from road level, has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The 1st floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, living room, dining space, flat screen TV and sound system. Connect your devices over the strong WiFi connection (8mbps) to stream your favorite music or video. Enjoy Netflix, USTV Now, and a few other options via the ROKU.
A king size bed awaits you on the second floor with ample closet and drawer space. Ceiling fans and air condition are located on each floor. This corner unit offers the ability to open windows for refreshing cross-breezes.
The full-length balcony has a propane BBQ, outdoor seating, and is a great place to view the famous Vallarta sunsets and nightly fireworks.
Guests will have access to the common pool area and several intimate patios surrounded by tropical foliage throughout the property. There is also unreserved parking for your car.
All linens and pool or beach towels provided, along with weekly maid service. Additional maid service may be requested for an additional charge.
The building has only 16 units which give it a privacy factor while also having some very nice and helpful neighbors that are steps away.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The room was perfect size for us and the view was gorgeous. Daniel had placed a binder with all sorts of useful info on the table that helped us a lot on our trip. The room came fit with everything we needed from lighters to ice packs to extra batteries for the remotes. Daniel is a very thoughtful host and very organized. I would happily come back to this Vrbo especially since it’s walking distance from all of my favorite places!

The condo was close to town for walking, great views, loved hearing the roosters and the waves in the morning. Daniel was fast getting back with us with any concerns we had.
