This 2nd floor condo at Westwinds resort is centrally located on Treasure Island and is only 2 blocks to downtown where all the action is. And the Publix grocery store is just 1/2 block up the beach. Amenities include 975 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, sleeps 7 people very comfortably, heated pool (w/8 foot deep end), fishing & boating docks, free WiFi in the condo, 3 smart TV's, free cable service, Alexa, blue tooth speaker, very well appointed kitchen (with dishware, cookware, utensils, basic spices, and condiments), Mr. Coffee machine, Espresso coffee machine (coffee, creamer, and sugar), as well as all the beach gear you would ever need....including towels, chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, small cooler, a beach blanket and lots more. This updated modern condo has brand new (2024) Sealy hybrid premium mattresses, a desk with hutch (for working remotely, or just getting online), a large sectional sofa, and a sunroom with partial views of the Gulf of America. ——————————————————————Note: Our elevator is still out of order from being flooded by hurricane Helene. But the stairs are easy. From the ground floor….you go up 7 steps to a landing. And then 6 more steps to the 2nd floor.

The unit is very clean and very well stocked including pool, beach and fishing necessities. The kitchen has everything you need if you are inclined to cook at home and there is a new publix supermarket a block away plus lots of restaurants. We tried Foxy’s and Britt’s Pizza which are walking distance, and Sculleys at John’s Pass, Shrimpy’s which was fantastic. The kids were super happy with having seen dolphins right from the back yard (pool area) of the property, pelicans, cranes and other birds. My son loved fishing in the mornings. The place is perfect for it. The beach sand is fine (not rocky) and the water is shallow so it is kid appropriate. The condo pool is heated and cleaned daily. They even have two grills and a few tables on the water side. The landscaping is really nice. Unit 202 is not facing Gulf Blvd and the road is not really noisy in this section because it is a pretty developed area near the center of the city and its city hall. Which is where I was delighted to bump into a retro car show with many classic and restomodded automobiles on display during our spring break stay. I would recommend to anyone but especially families with children.

Amazing property and fabulous owners! The location is great…close to the ocean, grocery store and numerous delicious restaurants! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had numerous amenities…hair dryer, beach towels and chairs, fishing rods, and much more! The check in process was smooth and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had and to let usspecialagain!!!more!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is a great seating area by the pool where we watched the dolphins in the bay. The beach is right across the street and you can walk to many restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The kids loved the pool and fishing off the pier. There were so many convenient items at the condo - beach towels, a cooler, wagon, anything you’d need to cook, and even extra toothbrushes. The location is great in proximity to the beach directly across from the condo but also many other beaches in the area. I slept like a baby every night, we opened the windows for an ocean breeze as we made breakfast in the morning and then headed to the beach (so nice not to have to deal with beach parking) or pool. We highly recommend!
