About this house rental
theLarch house is my 2nd residence & where I grew up, not a fulltime rental. It's a wonderful, cozy neighborhood, nestled in the heart of Cincinnati & happy to have you stay while I'm away. Please treat it like your own during your stay. Two Queen beds
NO SMOKING in house or on front porch. TY :)
We accept dogs (under 50 lbs/two dog max) for a $75 fee. Please keep dogs off bed, couches, chairs, etc. - bring their dog bed, blankets and toys so they are comfortable.
We have a crate (see photo) in the basement if your pet would like to use while left alone. Cushions and blankets are not provided.
The house is on the same street as Llanfair Retirement home, and College Hill Park (tennis courts).
This home is surrounded by amenities...coffee shop, restaurants, bakery, brewery, wine bar and more. public transportation (bus) is only a block away, providing access to downtown, University of Cincinnati, Over-the Rhine and Downtown Museums, Sports & The Arts Venues.

Very cute layout and very functional for stays! We appreciated the coziness of the home with plenty of pillows, towels, and necessities everywhere. It is an old home with tons of character, but the updates (and blackout curtains) were SO appreciated. Water heater accommodated 4 showers within an hour. 15-20 min to just about anything. Street parking was widely available. Host was very communicative and kind to answer any and all questions.

It was just like it was described…cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. It was a nice relaxing location.

We were visiting our daughter and son in law in the area with our dog and their house was full with our other daughter and all their dogs. the location was great. The house was spotless. John accommodated us by allowing our large dog to come with us. We were able to find a dog day care in the area so when we were out and about we didn’t worry about anything.
