The host and house were perfect for us.

The house was very spacious and the wrap a round porch is a plus. The location was convenient for the wedding we attended. The neighborhood was very friendly and safe. Parking was in the street but did not have a problem finding a spot on the street.

The front bedroom mattress was a little soft.

This house suited our needs well! The kitchen and dining area allowed for lots of space for eating and the outside area was spacious.

This house is a gem, a MUST stay.

Very spacious. The neighborhood is darling and the house is very charming. We would definitely stay here again. Zero complaints.

We love this house. It has 3 floors with 3 bathrooms and two bathtubs. One even on the top floor. Built in 1891 in old Northside. What a cool location.

Location close to the zoo. Good size of kitchen area! Clean! I like the house and my stay, it's a quiet neighborhood! The only tiny reason prevents me from giving an excellent rating is because of parking!

Street parking is a bit challenging because you will have to "compete" for a spot on the street. And we were traveling with a packed car, and we didn't want to park the car too far away from the house and on a busy street. And we couldn't leave for our planned dinner because we were told after 8 o'clock it's hard to find a parking spot in the street the house is located, we will have to park a bit further. We had to find something within walking distance.

The deck and porch need attention. Several boards on both showing signs of rot. Several boards on the steps leading up to the porch have spilt.

Absolute Gem

This is tucked into an old neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. It had a comparatively very large yard, charming with raspberries and tomatoes growing and an old chicken coop. Updated throughout, the A.C. worked well. Plenty of bed linens, kitchen ware. Games and cards available to play. Hosts got back to us about questions promptly. Art gallery in the formal dining was so much fun.

Couldn't find extra hand towels, parking was hard to find and we weren't able to park in front of the property, the curtain rods in the Master weren't anchored and fell when opened and closed.
