A 60m2 gîte with mezzanine in the quiet of the banks of the Garonne in gravel land. Comfortably equipped with private outdoor space and parking. Access to a large wooded park with swimming pool, vegetable garden and chicken coop. All 30 minutes from Bordeaux.
