The 63 m2 spacious and very well-equipped apartment with a separate entrance is located in a 2-family house on the east side of the house in the semi-basement. The living room has a sofa bed and the open kitchen allows everyone to participate in family life. The cozy outdoor seating area is for exclusive use. The house is located in an absolutely quiet location in the eastern village part of Tschlin. Shopping opportunities, a brewery, and a restaurant are within walking distance in the village. Additionally, there is the possibility of purchasing local products directly from agricultural producers. The post bus stop is 400 m away.
The ski area Motta Naluns can be reached from Scuol by car in 20 minutes, by PostBus in 30 minutes. You can reach the valley trail Martina-Scuol in Strada, in 5 minutes by car/PostBus.
In summer, the entire Lower Engadine offers beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Tschlin to Vnà via the Via Engiadina and further over the suspension bridges to the Zuort farm is popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park is nearby.
