About this house rental
Renovation complete May 2024. Duplex located 1/2 way between Holland and Saugatuck. Split level 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. New paint, new siding, bathroom has been refurbished, new carpet, new flooring, new appliances, new mattresses, new hot water heater & air conditioner. Stocked kitchen and all linens and towels provided. Frequent turkeys and deer in the back yard. Shared garage parking available.
1 gigabyte high speed internet. 55 inch Roku TV with Apple TV in main living room.

DuWest was the perfect place for us! Great location between Holland and Saugatuck. We loved the outdoor space! As others have said, the upstairs bedroom was warm but nothing we couldn’t handle. Everything was super clean and we had great communication. My favorite thing was the friendly corgi next door who paid us multiple visits.

This rental is clean and roomy! If you look out the back windows, you will see acres of nature -trees and wildflowers. If you look out the front windows, you will see beautiful farmland across the street. Hosts were available and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!
