About this house rental
Lakeshore living at it's finest! Generously appointed estate home on 2 acres with guest house, year-round heated lap pool, gym, hot tub, cold plunge, extensive outdoor patios, kids play areas, gas fire pits, home theatre, and much, much more. Beautiful landscaping from every window while watching kids play in the expansive yard. Enjoy gourmet meals from the Chef's kitchen and easily host your special gatherings with ease. This unique residence is available while our family travels.
Imagine a vacation where almost every detail has been thought of. Come enjoy over 6000 sq ft of comfortable, unpretentious luxury. Almost every day, rain or shine, take a dip in the year-round heated pool (usually 90+ degrees), or relax in the Michael Phelps MasterSpa hot tub. If cold plunging is something you want to try, or is a regular part of your routine, the cold plunge is set for 48 degrees in the near garage space that is also equipped with a Breville Oracle Touch Pro fully-automatic espresso machine, with several pounds of fresh locally roasted beans provided.
If lifting weights and exercising is important, hit the fully-equipped gym complete with squat rack, treadmill, adjustable dumbbells, and more. Remember...the state-of-the-art SwimEx pool is a professionally designed lap pool capable of sub-1 minute laps for those who want to swim fast or just stretch against a strong current.
For the kids, the pool is usually set to a comfortable 90 degrees for constant enjoyment of the water, even in the snow. Play inside with an abundance of books and toys, or head outside to get some wiggles out on the spring-free trampoline, large swing-suit, sandbox, outdoor playscape features (logs, rocks, hills, trails) especially designed for kids to be active and explore.
For evenings or rainy days, enjoy the Dolby Atmos home theatre with a dozen speakers and online services. When the skies are clear, head outside to the extensive patios and fire-up one of the two gas fire-pits to sit around and catch-up on life together.
Every guest receives a welcome basket with beer, wine, snacks, and all of the essential kitchen oils and spices needed, as well as a large stock of toilet paper and paper towels. When we travel, we appreciate not having to buy things to cook with or condiments, so we try to ensure all of those are available for our guests, too.

Beautiful home meticulously maintained with lots of rooms and space for everyone. Even more beautiful yard all around. But with this large peaceful oasis in back you can enjoy from the large patio well appointed with the ultimate comfort in patio furniture and two gas fire pits to gather round in the evening. And if not enough in itself there's also a very nice hot tub, heated spool and large gas grill for a great cookout.
Amenities abound inside as well with an expresso machine, massage chair in the living room, poker table down along with large projection screen in its own viewing room.
The host is very accommodating and responsive. And the property manager, Brian, is helpful in every way whenever you need him.
Its all in a very nice area of a very pleasant community with lots to do all around. There may be greater laps of luxury but I can't imagine needing more than this. Everyone really enjoyed it.

This property was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy nature. The backyard is a beautiful oasis - quiet and serene. Many active options kept the entire family busy. We had two young ones, a teenager, some twenty-somethings, a few in their thirties and forties and two couples over 60. The pool and hot-tub were well used as was the cold plunge and the massage chair. We made nearly all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. High end finishes all around. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do this home justice. We stayed here for our summer vacation with 7 adults and 6 children. There was more than enough space for all of us both inside and outside of the home. The area around the home is beautiful also!
This home is a kid's wonderland. There were great toys, books, and amenities that kept our kids entertained all week.
We would come back here in an instant if it was available again!

Wow - what an awesome experience! Everything about this home is top notch - first, the outside grounds are beautiful and could be in any homes & garden magazine; the outdoor amenities (lap pool, huge hot tub, heated patio, 2 fire pits, tons of seating, Sonos speakers throughout, massive gas grill, etc.) are off the charts fun, relaxing and luxurious; finally, the inside of the home and amenities are unparalleled - large spaces, comfortable beds, massage chair, espresso machine, weight room, movie theater…too many things to list! The hosts were so responsive & kind! One of the best properties I’ve ever experienced - 5 stars doesn’t do this estate justice!
