Transitioning into the well-equipped kitchen, modern amenities ensure the best self-catering experience, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and clothes airer. The family shower room on the ground floor offers a beautiful shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC.
As you ascend to the first floor, a welcoming sitting room awaits furnished with a plush corner sofa, a Smart television, and an array of books and games for your entertainment, all set against the backdrop of a stunning exposed Cornish stone wall. Completing the first floor is bedroom one, featuring a cosy double bed and another charming exposed stone wall.
Continuing upwards to the second floor, you'll encounter bedroom two, furnished with twin single beds, where abundant natural light floods in through delightful skylight windows. The Old Cornstore is in the heart of St Agnes, where there are numerous excellent eateries and pubs as well as a local butcher, bakers and a deli. The beach is only half a mile away, an easy walk across the village centre and along the lane, with beach bars and restaurants. Walk the coastal path and discover old engine houses and tin mines or climb to the top of St Agnes Beacon and get a 360-degree view of Cornwall.
