Set in a truly coveted downtown Aspen location, this stately residence offers a great room with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and sleeper sofa, an epicurean kitchen with Viking and Thermador appliances (including a gas range and wine refrigerator), plus a dining table for six. Additional features include a guest suite with a king size bed, flatscreen TV and luxurious, attached bathroom, a washer/dryer closet, air conditioning, and heated, underground parking.
