This comfy country house offers 2 King Suites on the Main floor with wheelchair access and easy to navigate Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining and Living area with wood stove for winter nights. Large screened, furnished porch for your morning coffee or to relax while keeping an eye on the kids playing on the playground. Gas Grill to cook dinner and eat outdoors during summer to make lasting memories.
The Lower Level features a Queen Size bed and Twin Bunk with large sitting area with TV, handy Kitchenette for privacy, and walk-in full bathroom. If you must work, there is a workstation. Wi-Fi included. There is also an electric start gas heater for cool nights. Ping Pong table to challenge your teenagers. Near the river, there is a Fire pit, picnic area, the playground and level yard for playing ball. As an added bonus, there is a Kid’s hut and relaxing nook to enjoy the RIVER SOUND.
Large Fence-in yard for your 4 legged friend, paved circular driveway and a car garage are a plus.Smooth roads make easy access to cabin, biking and hiking to the National Forest.

We had a wonderful time. We had the river out back to play in. There was a play ground for kids and ping pong table. We enjoyed doing all of these things. My daughter's family stayed in the cozy ground floor level. It was great to have their family altogether and even had the kitchenette available but we had great family time cooking upstairs and playing our cards or board games that we brought after dinner. We were close to Waterfalls, Helen, Blairsville and even traveled over to the Dahlonega and Amicalola Falls. We enjoyed tubing in Helen and at Pappy's. We had fun shopping trips for my cousin in Helen (she loved the quilt store there). We had a special quest show up in the yard. A tamed young deer made our stay enchanting. We could pet her/him and have photo opts. So precious. We would definitely recommend this property for others and will visit again in the future. Ana was a great personality to talk with and she promptly returned our phone inquiries. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us.

We had a fantastic experience with Enchanted Mountain Retreats! They were to accommodate our early check in request. We arrived to a clean, nicely decorated cabin full of sweet southern charm. From sipping coffee on the porch in the cool morning breeze while listening to the river to watching the kids play on the on site play ground, we enjoyed every second of our of visit. We will be back; and we can’t wait!

Our family has been to many rentals thru the years around North Georgia, and the Carolinas, this was the best house, location and experience so far. The house is beautifully appointed inside and out with such interesting antiques and decor. The beds in all three rooms were extremely comfortable, took advantage of that for a few afternoon naps. Enjoyed my coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening sitting in the porch swing. The grands really had a great time on the swings and in the hot tub. The little house by the river was a perfect spot to just sit and enjoy nature. We have booked another trip in the spring and look forward to coming back.
