Make yourself at home at Casa Los Amigos. Savor the magic of sunrise with a steaming cup of coffee on your private terrace, or unwind with a handcrafted cocktail as the sun dips below the horizon from the rooftop pool & lounge. Inside, revel in the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, lightning-fast wifi, Smart TVs with Netflix, an in-suite washer & dryer, plush pool towels, and other amenities designed to elevate your comfort to new heights.
PRIVATE CABANA - Enjoy a private cabana with a minifridge, steps from the rooftop pool, for $20 USD per day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Building improvement projects are scheduled from May 11 to August 9, 2026. Work will take place daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The most disruptive phase is expected during the first 3 to 4 weeks. The rooftop amenities will remain fully operational, and the main areas used by guests are expected to have minimal impact.

CONCIERGE:
The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival.
RESTAURANT:
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch.
-Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
*Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.
ROOM SERVICE
- This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week.
POOLS:
- The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
(Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool)
FITNESS CENTER:
- Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed.
PARKING:
- One parking spot might be available in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly.
BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front!
A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences, and applies to all reservations.

Unobstructed breathtaking ocean view. By far the best view we've experienced in the 20 years we've traveled to Puerto Vallarta. Only minor suggestions: softer bed and some pull down blinds/shades for the balcony would be helpful to partial block the afternoon sun. Would definitely stay again!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words yet words can’t even begin to describe the feeling we had when entering this STUNNING oceanfront property! This was one of our best stays ever! When I book a vacation 75% of my non-negotiables is where I rest my head! This unit checked all the boxes and then some! You had the majestic view of mountains, ocean and The Malecon from the rear balcony and 2nd bedroom and just a few small steps in the opposite direction was the most picturesque view you could ever imagine! Bedroom #1 was half in and half out. By that I mean there were sliding floor to ceiling doors that you could open as well as the door leading to the balcony area with seating that allows you to just take it all in! The ocean views and sounds all from my bed were insane!!! I couldn’t have dreamt of a better view or experience! This property left me sad to leave and longing to purchase this very unit for myself. From the comfy bed to the steamy shower, the amenities were plentiful! The rooftop was just the absolute best thing ever. The restaurant and drinks were chef’s kiss and such a welcomed addition to our stay as well as the staff! All were amazing but a special shout out to Jonathan and Hanz who went above and beyond! We will definitely return to the Orchid soon! Do yourself a favor and book this property and unit! You will not be disappointed!
