Great place with great location. Some other reviews noted it was on a busy road but that didn’t bother us and we really liked that we had easy access to the main road systems.

We had a great stay and a lot of fun in the Kailua Kona area. Check-in was easy and communications with our ho pleasant. Very well situated for various activities in the area and very confortable!

We had a calm and comfortable stay. The apartment is quite sufficient and the views are amazing. Mirian was a great host. We had a last minute booking and mirian quickly accommodated. A few things to note. Traffic passing on road could get loud but we were ok with it and it wasn't a big factor in sleeping hours. Suggest providing some sugar with coffee.

The porch is awesome. I didn’t mind the street noise but if it would bother you don’t stay there. We totally enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed and more. Great location. I would definitely stay again. The frogs sounds like birds.
