cute home but may have dealbreakers

The home was cute, and it was clean when we arrived. The view and the balcony were nice as well. We liked the full kitchen and the large beds.

The home has no a/c with only 2 portable fans (now 3 cause i bought one and left it) and ceiling fans. However, in july, that's not enough! Opening the windows caused more insects to get in, so that wasn't an option for us. Despite keeping the windows closed, the home had lots of mosquitos, spiders, gnats, cockroaches, and geckos inside, which I think has a lot to do with the climate and because there's no a/c. Most days, the house felt hotter than it was outside. The worst part was that the home became infested with flies, I for sure killed about 20 flies myself when we returned from an outing, but they kept multiplying. Unfortunately, the flies got so bad that we had to leave early and got a hotel. If your comfort is high priority, I would skip this house, and just do a hotel tbh but if you're into nature and stuff like that, doesn't bother you, you would really enjoy it. The house just wasn't for me and my crew.

Kelly is very attentive and easily accessible, beds comfortable but could use an exterminator & a deep kitchen clean

The lanai and view were very nice. We didn’t use the grill but it was a nice amenity for those that plan to use it.

The inside of the kitchen cabinets could use a deep clean & the pantry staples could use a purge. Definitely in the mountains among nature which was nice except for the giant flying cockroaches inside that were active in the middle of the night on our last day. I enjoyed the gecko that said good morning to me in the kitchen but others may not be as fond of them as I am.

The place was clean and comfortable. It had an awesome ocean view.

The view is fabulous! It's very spacious and has a nice kitchen. There were plenty of towels and even things for going to the beach, books, and games. The deck was great, and they even had a grill to cook on. There is no air conditioning. It was clean.

I didn't like how it was still under construction. Who knows how long it's been like that. New windows put in but drywall work not painted. One side of the house looked like it was redone on the outside but not the other. Old stove sitting under the deck and all the old lumber dumped in a pile off the deck.

One of the best bookings !

We loved our place from the moment we got in. Lot of amenities from the kitchen to laundry and beach stuff. All free to use. Wifi worked great, it was nice and peacefull during day and night. I would deffinitely come back here and recommend it!! I wish all places are like this one!

It's close to town and the airport

The sliding glass door that locks takes forever to lock and unlock due to it being broke. The screen door wouldn't stay on the tracks, and the handle was taped together. There is NO Ac, and only one standing fan. There are ceiling fans inthe livingroom and bedrooms. Half of the outdoor lights don't work. One of the outdoor chairs is half broken. It was not very clean especially under things like couches. We tried to contact the host a few different times with absolutely no response.

Tolle Lage - mit Meerblick. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Die Terrasse lädt zu jeder Zeit ein - schön anzusehen sind die Sonnenuntergänge. Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Mitten in der Natur, aber leider auch weit weg vonallem außer de Flughafen

Die Terrasse war toll mit Ausblick eines (sehr weit entfernten) Meeres. Um uns herum pure Natur.

Trotz Moskitonetz an den Fenstern dennoch sehr sehr viele Insekten drinnen inkl Kakerlaken. An jeder Lampe eine dicke Schicht aus toten Insekten Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel
