Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our spacious house welcomes you for a wonderful stay in Brittany! Breton house partly redone on 2 floors located in a quiet area (last house of the cul-de-sac on the edge of a wood) is composed as follows: INTERIOR ON THE GROUND FLOOR - A custom-made kitchen by an independent craftsman, recent, open to the living room and fully equipped with all modern comforts. Dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave... - A dining room equipped with a large dining table, a saddler and a large non-functional fireplace offers great conviviality. - A living room with a TV and a library will allow you to enjoy some relaxation. - A first bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. - A laundry room with washing machine and a second extra fridge/freezer. - A spacious garage where outdoor furniture is stored and bicycles can be stored. FIRST FLOOR INTERIOR - 4 bedrooms equipped with either fitted wardrobes or chests of drawers. Sea view from 2 bedrooms and the hallway. - A spacious bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 120. - 3 bedrooms with double beds of 140. - A bathroom with bathtub and shower. - A separate toilet.
