About this villa rental
Come and enjoy with family or friends a comfortable detached house of 74 m2 and very well equipped for 6 people.
You will be seduced by the charm and quality of the accommodation’s services.
Located in Leucate beach, in a very quiet environment, in the middle of the nature reserve, in the naturist (FKK) residence "les jardins de venus".
You will feel at home!
Everyone can take advantage of the place to practice their favorite activities: beach, walking or cycling in the nature reserve, fishing, bird watching, relaxing on one of our 2 private terraces (one of which has a superb direct view of the water) ,... You will also have the opportunity to discover a region rich in cultural activities (classified villages, festivals, etc.) and sporting activities (windsurfing, kite-surfing, mountain biking).
Ground floor:
- Large open kitchen: American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher
- 1 independent toilet
- Living room with TV
- 1 South-West facing terrace with large table and chairs in exotic wood for 6 people, 1 plancha, 1 large parasol
- 1 North-East facing terrace almost right on the water with 1 wooden table and chairs for 4-6 people (ideal for breakfast), 3 Canadian Adirondack style armchairs
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with very large closet and 1 160 cm bed (new Epeda bedding, duvet and 4 new, very good quality pillows), access to a balcony with superb view of the water
- 1 bedroom with large closet (new Epeda bedding, duvet and 4 new pillows of very good quality) and 1 140 bed, very beautiful view of the water
- 1 bedroom with wardrobe and 2 trundle beds 90 (2 duvets and 2 new pillows of very good quality)
- 1 bathroom with shower (shower cabin), 1 toilet, 1 towel rack, 1 hairdryer
Public parking space outside the residence
2 adult bicycles (with locks) are left at the disposal of tenants.
Beach 10 minutes by foot, 2 minutes by bike.
Local shops within walking distance: bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, grocery store, newspaper-tobacco office, massage institute and hairdresser.
A nearby bus service allows you to visit nearby places of interest as well as go to the Leucate-La Franqui SNCF station (possibility of going to Collioure, Port-Vendres, Cerberes, Narbonne, etc.)
The house is non-smoking.
