About this house rental
Welcome to our 36 m² maisonette with 20 m² terrace in Port Leucate, air-conditioned and fully equipped, perfect for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

- Master bedroom (11 m²) with a 160×200 bed, plenty of storage space and the possibility of installing a cot for baby. (Available in the accommodation)
- Bedroom with bunk beds 90×200 and dressing room.
- Living room equipped with a TV and a BZ offering an additional bed 160×200.
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower. (Hairdryer provided)

The little house is located opposite a pedestrian esplanade, a friendly place often animated by games of pétanque between warm regulars.

The accommodation does not have a private space, but:
- many parking lots are located in the residence,
- it is very easy to park on the street, even in summer.
