Great for longer stays! Fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, a private office, high-speed internet, locally roasted coffee, and more!

One of the great features that our guests love is the double car garage that's included in your stay, we also provide 2 permits for parking on the street out front in case you have extra vehicles or family coming by to visit.

Enjoy the exclusivity that our private outdoor hot tub has to offer as you sit back and unwind the day with your favorite drink in hand.

The Space:
A spacious open concept 4 bed, 3.5 bathroom home with king, queen and double-sized mattresses, as well as a futon bed, has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Canada's Urban Village. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware essentials. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and Miele coffee/espresso maker. Outdoor patio with private hot tub and bbq, great for those morning coffees! FREE HIGH-SPPED WIFI (300 mb/s). Washer and dryer available in-suite for your convenience. This modern dynamic house has all the amenities within walking distance including Orange Theory Fitness, grocery and liquor store, Starbuck's, wellness centre, and more!

You'll have full access to the entire house. Please make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly in Sunnyside this is Calgary’s village in the city, where people live, work, shop, and play. With over 250 unique shops, restaurants, and services, within walking distances, you'll never run out of spots to check out!

Getting Around:
The unit is a 10-minute walk from the Sunnyside LRT Station. Everything you need is within a short walk away. Close proximity to Calgary's biggest attractions - Bow River, Princess Island Park, Peace Bridge, Eau Claire Shopping Center, Stampede Park, Scotiabank Saddledome, Calgary Zoo, Chinatown, and Glenbow Museum. In the summer use electric scooters to zip around the downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Please request air mattress 24 hours in advance and our cleaners will ensure one is set up for your arrival.

Please treat the space with respect and be noise conscious of the neighbors. If any problems arise, please reach out and we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Be sure that the door is closed and locked when you leave. Parties/events are not allowed. Any events/parties will lead to immediate eviction.

We provide a variety of extra services based on your needs:

We had the most magical stay at this property for a week!!. Our group consisted of adults, teens and kids and it was extremely accommodating for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, plenty of towels, blankets and dishes etc. The spot on the lake was stunning and calm. The kids enjoyed all the water toys provided and spent lots of time fishing off the dock. We loved getting to use the hot tub and the kids loved the community basketball court/field. There are too many good things about this property to list and we will definitely be returning! The host was so kind and very responsive!

Nice property, a couple minor hiccups during our stay but the property manager made sure to deal with them as soon as possible. Location is great, sometimes some traffic. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
