Not AC was super hot, you need to take a cold shower if you like to sleep

Dishes in cupboard not very clean. Bathroom lacked adequate shelving or countertop for personal items. Extra charge for parking over room price is excessive.

Location is great! Everything was clean and functional (except coffee maker which was acknowledged, said he'd look at it but didn't seem to and never mentioned again.)

Overbearing with too much communication and stress! Added an extra tourism fee after the fact, held an additional deposit on the card, needed to send everyone's ID in advance, had to acknowledge receipt of check-in details, message as soon as checked in, and again on check-out. Just a lot of demands through Booking.com messaging. All the "modern" glass and marble feels dated, and gaps between glass doors in bathroom and bedrooms doesn't feel/sound private. Calgary was going through a heatwave so the apartment did get quite hot and there’s no air conditioning, but fans were provided.
