Spacious 3-room apartment (68 m²) with a balcony, located in the Montaudran-Lespinet neighborhood, 3.8 km from downtown—a 15-minute walk. A security deposit check for 450 euros is required! The apartment is right next to the Hall des Machines, a park with a zip line for children, a carousel, a movie theater, restaurants, a pharmacy, a Casino mini-market, and a bakery. The apartment features a balcony with 1 table and 3 chairs, 2 bedrooms—one for adults with a double bed and a large closet, and one for children with a bunk bed and a dresser. There is a large bathroom with a hair dryer and an iron, as well as an 8-kg washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop with 2 burners and an electric oven, a waffle maker or sandwich toaster (provided), a toaster, and a microwave. Ideal for a family of 4, including 2 children. Available from July 29 to August 19, 2024, with a minimum stay of 15 nights. As I am a clean and tidy person, I would prefer guests who are the same. Cleanliness and order are very important to me.
