Located just 0.3 miles from Ridgevale Beach, this home is also just a few miles away from Chatham, where you'll find the Orpheum Theater, a playground, Chatham Anglers baseball, seal tours, shopping options, and tasty restaurants to sample.
The house itself includes a number of features everyone is sure to appreciate, such as ocean views, a washer/dryer, central AC, internet, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Experience cozy nights in with your favorite shows or a movie using the DVD player, or catch up on some reading from one of the provided books. With a hammock outside, comfortable chairs around the firepit, and alfresco dining on the furnished deck, you'll have plenty of opportunities to unwind and enjoy the fresh ocean air.
For your entertainment needs, you will find two TVs with Fire Sticks, perfect for accessing your favorite streaming services during your stay. Prefer your own device? Feel free to bring along your Roku, Apple TV, or any other streaming stick. The living room also features a sound bar, ideal for enjoying music or creating a theater-like experience for movie nights.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location and house was big enough for us not to be on top of each other. Backyard with firepit, grill, and hammock was great. We had one issue with the locks and they fixed it that day. Some cleanliness issues (dirty grill, some clothes from prior tenants, dust) but overall ok. Recommend!

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in July. We both loved the eclectic art work and furnishings we saw online, and the house was better in person. The location was fantastic, being able to walk to the beach is key in the summer so you don't have to pay for beach parking and can go anytime of day. I grew up in Chatham and hadn't been back in several years as my own house is now rented year round. I really appreciated that this home is a blend of updated amenities and original Cape Cod cottage. It reminded me of my own Chatham home. There was everything you could need and more in the kitchen, and I enjoyed having friends over to eat on the deck. We didn't use all the beds, but the ones we did were very comfortable. I appreciated that there were beach towels and I loved the outdoor shower. The central A/C was a lifesaver as it was very humid during our stay. My daughter and I both took advantage of the puzzles and books and the outdoor hammock. The yard was great and felt private. Overall, this is a great house for anyone that loves the beach and wants a cozy and unique place to stay.
