Beautifully renovated ranch style home just south of Route 28 in Chatham. Its updated living spaces are more than enough for your group up to eight. Looking for easy access to a beautiful sandy beach? Drive one minute to Harding's Beach on Nantucket Sound. Or hop on your bike and get there in three minutes or walk it in 14 minutes. There's a sidewalk all the way to the beach! You can also walk to shopping and dining options right from the house.
The stunning, fully equipped, updated kitchen is central to the open concept floor plan. You'll appreciate the granite counter tops, including the center island with counter seating for three. The handy wine fridge adds a welcome touch. The kitchen is open to the large dining table with seating for up to eight. You'll be impressed by the gleaming hardwood floors in the main living space. Go left from the dining room and walk through a slider out to the spacious, peaceful back deck and yard. This home also has a good-sized pantry/laundry room with newer, stackable washer/dryer.
From the dining area you step into the large living room with plenty of comfy lounge seating and a big TV with an articulating wall mount for viewing from either the kitchen or living room. There is also an appealing gas fireplace in the living room. The décor of this house is clean and simple, with occasional boldness that takes you suddenly by pleasant surprise. Such as the huge “Eat” 3-D script invitation affixed to the brick wall in the kitchen, as well as the equally enormous, fire engine red clock unexpectedly mounted on the living room wall.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV and its own private full bath, which includes a bidet. There's a second bedroom on the main level, this one with a queen-size bed. There's another full bath for that bedroom. Walk down to the lower level and you'll find the third sleeping area, which offers two more queen-size beds and yet a third full bath. This level also features another TV lounge area. The space isn't huge, but the TV is! Each bedroom has its own TV.
You'll love the privacy on this home's one acre-plus lot. Come off the beach and rinse off the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Relax on the deck while you fire up the gas grill for dinner alfresco at the umbrella shaded dining table. Later, share the day's adventures as you gather around the wood fire pit gazing at the stars. This is what Cape Cod in the summer is all about!

Our family of 4 travelled from 3 different states for a relaxing family catch up. There was a snafu with the check in time due to the owner's cleaning crew having not even showed up yet at our check in time of 4pm after we had spent 5 hours stopping at other towns along the cape and eating lunch etc ...the management company swept in with a prompt cleaning company replacement and we were able to check in an hour later about 515 and they provided an an extra hour on check out day (giving us an 11am checkout). The property was good and the backyard was great- as advertised and the restaurants recommended (Mac Chatham) were great! We spent all of Saturday in Nantucket (Harwich Ferry recommended) and all of Sunday in Chatham. The area and local beaches were wonderful and we thought the management company adapted to the disappointing check-in problems very well.
