NEW!!! An exceptional view over the roofs of Huez and the Oisans valley! In this former barn renovated in 2023, you'll enjoy comfortable spaces with shower rooms (sink and shower) in each bedroom, a large entrance hall with shoe dryer and ski rack. The property is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You can park your car right up against the house and charge it electrically, as there's a Wallbox terminal. You have free internet access in the house and access to TV channels. The living room offers plenty of space and all the comforts you need for cooking and entertaining (raclette set, fondue set, toaster, classic filter coffee maker, senséo coffee maker, kettle with water temperature...). You can also enjoy books and board games available on site...

The house is located right in the center of Huez, 80 meters from the Huez express lift, which takes you up to the resort's slopes. In the other direction, you'll have access to the various buses that take you up to Alpe d'Huez or down to the Bourg d'Oisans valley. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for families looking for tranquility and authenticity.
