Direct lake access supports swimming fishing and boating, with marinas and Lake Oconee dining located a short drive away.
This four bedroom Lake Oconee waterfront home offers direct water access from a private dock located just beyond the yard. Guests can swim, fish, or use the provided kayaks directly from the shoreline while enjoying time on the lake throughout the day.
Outdoor seating areas positioned near the water provide comfortable places for meals, conversation, and evening relaxation. The yard connects easily to the dock, allowing guests to move between the home and the lake throughout the day.
Inside, the home is arranged for group stays with multiple sleeping configurations that include king and queen bedrooms along with additional beds for flexible accommodations. Shared living spaces provide room for gathering, and a dedicated game room offers indoor entertainment for evenings or rainy days. Living room has a gas fireplace.
The home is pet friendly with a fee, allowing guests to travel with dogs while maintaining a clean and well maintained property.
Located on Lake Oconee, the home provides convenient access to nearby marinas, restaurants, and everyday services while maintaining a quiet waterfront setting.

No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto the neighbors properties.
Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER!
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock
We do monitor the outdoor cameras.
We do enforce the house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

A beautiful Christmas tree ready for our gifts! Home truly had everything we needed with an exceptional host. We didn't have great access from the house to a larger part of the lake as expected but the lake isn't a far drive at all. We would certainly stay here again!

The house was exactly as described. Warm, clean, comfortable. It was close to town and easy to get places. Owners were communative when needed and let us enjoy our stay. 10 out of 10.
