Lu Pultiddolu 1 km from Rena Majore: Cosy, comfortable 2-family house, built in 1999, renovated in 2011. 7 km from the centre of Santa Teresa, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 350 m from the sea, from the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Lu Pultiddolu" 350 m. Sports harbour 8 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 7 km, Vignola mare 14 km, Aeroporto Olbia 60 km, Porto Torres 96 km, Costa Paradiso 33 km, costa Smeralda Porto Cervo 50 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Giovanna", 3-room house 58 m2. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option.
