*Effective 09/01/2023 there is a $35 resort fee per/reservation (not per person) that is payable at check in* if you wish to have access to the resort amenities including:
Beach entry Heated Pool, Water slide, Hot tub, Lazy River, Poolside Bar and Grill, Rental cabanas, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Kids Playground.

There is a departure cleaning fee for all stays.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Our home may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Space on the driveway for 2 vehicles. Additional street parking available with parking pass up to 3 additional vehicles.
Damage hold of $500 for all reservations. (Your card will not be charged unless there is damage that is not reported and resolved directly)

Pool heat is available and is recommended from October through April. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add spa heat to your reservation at a reduced rate from the pool heat.
