About this apartment rental
A recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo in the quiet Branson at the Meadows community — about 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and just minutes from the Branson strip.
The screened-in patio is the heart of this place. It looks out onto a pond with a fountain and resident koi — a feature guests (especially kids) consistently mention as a highlight, morning or evening.
Inside: 1,143 square feet with fresh updates throughout — new cabinets, granite counters, modern flooring. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, large smart TV, and bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen, walk-in closet, smart TV, and its own walk-in shower with private bathroom access (the bathroom has doors from both the bedroom and the hallway, making it convenient for two couples or families). The living room has an electric fireplace, recliner, loveseat, queen sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV. Separate dining room seats 6; kitchen bar seats 4. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, full-size Bunn coffee maker with grinder, and plenty of cookware for real cooking. In-unit washer and dryer. Starter laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher liquid provided. A small stash of board games and cards is on hand.
Branson at the Meadows offers two community pools (the closest a 2-minute walk; the other a 5-minute walk), a hot tub, basketball court, playground, and landscaped paths winding past ponds with fountains and koi.
My family and I use this condo ourselves and have stocked it with everything we'd want for our own stay. If anything comes up during your stay, I'm easy to reach.

- Bottom-floor unit accessed by walking down one flight of stairs.
- We use a bring-your-own-login policy on our Roku TVs. Major streaming apps are pre-installed, and free services (YouTube and others) don't require a login.
- Maximum 2 vehicles.
- An outdoor doorbell camera records video and audio in the public entry area only — never inside the unit.
- The primary booker must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking.

Very nice place. Newly remodeled and looks beautiful and clean. Outfitted with more amenities than you'll probably need. Robert was super attentive and responsive in making sure we were having a good stay. The only thing I might add would be a strainer for the kitchen sink to make it easier to not send unwanted food down the disposal. Check in and check out were easy and seamless and the wifi worked great. Would easily stay again.

This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay, including a good starter of basic supplies. The kitchen has everything you might need. We had four adults and two kids and there was plenty of space for us with the two bedrooms and pullout couch in the living room. The building was quiet and we loved the layout which provided privacy between the two bedrooms. The table area with six chairs was perfect for playing games and the kids enjoyed going out to the Koi pond in back to see the fish and turtles. There are about 15 steps you have to go up and down to get to and from the unit, so keep that in mind if anybody in your party has difficulty with stairs. We loved the place and would definitely stay here again!
