TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Kauaʻi is known as the “Garden Isle” for its lush, tropical landscape—and that beautiful environment is also home to a variety of insects and other island wildlife. Even with regular professional cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter geckos, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, or other tropical insects during their stay.
Many classic Hawaiian properties also feature jalousie (louvered) windows, which are designed to allow the trade winds and natural airflow into the home rather than creating the completely sealed environment of a modern hotel or resort.
We take great care in maintaining and cleaning our properties, but the occasional presence of tropical insects is a natural part of island living and is not necessarily an indication of cleanliness or a lack of pest control.

Great spacious place with A/C, very close to the beach and with a great view! Everything in terms of amenities is very close - from parking to coffee shop to BBQ grill to even foot washer next to the entrance.

Very nice place! Close to the beach and a great jump off point for other activities on the south and west side of the island. Would definitely stay here again or look at other properties managed by this company. Everything was as advertised and well laid out.

Wonderful home away from home. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully accommodating for meals in. The view of the ocean was dreamy and the grounds and beach so inviting for a fully relaxing getaway. We could not have picked a better place.

The room wasn't ready on check in, but the unit was very clean and the amenities excellent. Very nice view and very comfortable.
