Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.

This is a modest apartment with nice space. The bed was comfortable, the walk in shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water and thankfully there was a real hairdryer so I didn't have to use the obsolete wall mounted one. I feel like the apartment was great for two of us but think it would be uncomfortable for two couples because of the shower situation. The ensuite shower has a warning sign that it floods in two minutes. We didn't want to risk that so we never used it which would have meant 4 of us using one shower. The bathrooms do need updating. The view of the water and esplanade were nice and thankfully we didn't hear any ambulance sirens going to the hospital next door. The majority of restaurants and shops are closer to the marina area, but right next door to the apartment is Floriana which we thought has excellent food. There is an assigned parking spot for which we're grateful. Tough finding parking spots. The manager was available and checking in several times.
