The location near the lake is excellent. The garden gives you space to enjoy a bbq or evening drink. Moreover, the shower and bathroom are spacious and very modern. The private parking space is great as well. I think you can easily fit more people if you would turn the couch in a sleeping couch.
The living room is a bit outdated. Therefore, we did not use the living room.
