It's location offers the privacy and serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway with an opportunity to view local wildlife (fish, dolphins, manatee) with the convenience of only a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Parking: 2 Parking Spaces (First come, First serve). Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.

This condo was exactly as described! It had everything we needed for a family of 5 :) The walk to the beach was quick and easy! The condo offers a beach wagon, several umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, chairs, beach toys and more! It made our trips to the beach so convenient! I LOVE that the beaches are quiet on this side of town vs being right in Clearwater! 15 mins to Clearwater or 15 mins to St John’s Pass :) The pool is very nice! A little too warm if you’re trying to cool off but it is Florida so…we loved the little pier out back that over looks the intracoastal! Our 15 y/o son enjoyed fishing and catching wild life lol we saw dolphins and a shark as well as many birds and fish! If this is available next time we are in town we will definitely be booking it again!

Everything was excellent. The unit had everything we needed. The only comment would be some better beach chairs, a couple of them are in rough shape.

Check in/ out process was easy. Short walk to the public beach access. We loved having access to the beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas, etc. The pool was nice and shuffle board was a bonus for our kids. The condo was clean and location was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Positives: the pool, bay view, location to the beach & restaurants, cleanNegatives: it feels neglected & lacks home appeal, everything needs updated, felt like a rental that the owners have never stayed in, not handicapped accessible Good news, it has potential & could be made into a much cozier rental
