About this villa rental
We are offering this charming air-conditioned house with a private pool for rent in Cairanne. It has a surface area of 129 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of a lovely 43 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 900 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 43 m² living room with a sitting area, sofas, and TV, a reading corner with two armchairs, and a bookcase.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard, bathroom with shower and toilet, and access to the terrace.
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A private unheated swimming pool measuring 3.50x7m with a depth of 1.40m. Open only from April to the end of October. Roller shutter safety device.
- A beautiful fenced garden measuring 900 m²
- A 42 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Cairanne, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. nearby.

- Electric bike rental for adults and children 200 m from the accommodation (equipment such as trailers and child seats also available). Information and payment on site

- Nearest airport: Marseille Airport 68 miles
