Experience THE GRAND VIEW. As you drive through White Oak Landing and arrive at your beautiful half-acre double RV lot on the banks of the Kentucky Lake/TN River near Clifton, TN. Enjoy the convenience of a fully fenced lot for your furry friends. Take a leisurely walk down the steps to your private beach landing area, where you can fish, swim, or simply relax on the sandy shore. Utilize the picnic table and gather your family and friends around the fire pit for a cozy evening. Feel free to bring your toys for added fun - whether it's boats, skis, paddleboards, or canoes, there's plenty of space to enjoy them here. Additionally, there's a private boat ramp in the community along with a public park for your convenience. This rate includes electric, sewer, and water. The lot can accommodate any size RV or trailer, equipped with 2 x 50 amp outlets and 2 x 30 amp outlets, 110 outlets as well as 2 septic hookups. The lot size is 60x240.
