About this campground/ rv resort rental
Less than 20 miles to Loretta Lynn's Ranch and the Tennessee River. Manufactured home on permanent foundation on 5.5 acres. Plenty of parking available for boats and other trailers. Back deck with fire pit overlooking woods. Small front yard fenced for pets. Fully furnished including washer/dryer. 3 bedrooms furnished (master has a king bed and the other bedrooms have full). Sofa available is comfortable to sleep on as well. Wi-fi throughout which allows streaming to your favorite channels. Flat screen TV's.

Home was very inviting and cozy and very clean. It helped to have a fence in yard for my pets, which is hard to find. Owner (Karin) came over to visit and it was great meeting her. She lives right on the property, so if you have any problems, she’s right there. Anyone who stays here, will really enjoy it. We plan on coming back next year.

The house was just what I needed. The house being both pet and kid friendly was a huge bonus. Skycapps was clean and welcoming. The host was great and checked to see if there was anything we needed. If I ever find myself back in the area this is where I will stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming country home. It’s simple, cozy, and just what we needed for a quiet escape from the city. The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We loved sitting on the back porch in the evenings, listening to the sounds of nature and watching the stars. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. We were able to see deer come very close to the home. It’s close enough to town for a grocery run and restaurants, but far enough to feel completely unplugged.If you're looking for a no-fuss, restful retreat in the countryside, this is it. We’d definitely come back!
