Pros - Very clean, spacious, great location with view of the sea from the terrace. Near beach and great bars and restaurants (5 minute walk), shops and the town of El Campello (10 minute walk). Great aircon that kept the apartment cool for the whole stay. Cons - Apartment had almost everything but for the price should include chairs to take to the pool and more towels. The double bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable but the single beds were so uncomfortable my son had to sleep on the sofa. It would be better to have been met at the apartment rather than have to stop to pick up the key, and there really should be 2 sets of keys as it was annoying only having 1 set for 4 people.

A beautiful accommodation. Well-appointed, everything was provided. Also, a stunning view, a lovely pool, and a good location close to the boulevard and beach of El Campello.
I found Fidalsa's communication and service poor. The communication was confusing before we arrived. I even doubted whether they were a reliable company. Fortunately, they were. Arrival was also very confusing, with the key being found in a mailbox almost two kilometers away in the city. Imagine arriving by plane and not having a car! The mailbox was empty because it was shared, and the people who arrived before us had taken our keys too.. So, no keys. We couldn't reach anyone at Fidalsa. Not by phone we got a voicemail saying the office was closed. We could only reach them via WhatsApp or email. Very inconvenient in such a situation. Fortunately, the apartment itself made up for it. Really beautiful. We then only received one set of keys. Very inconvenient for a family of four, and outdated. You need a key for everything, even to access the parking garage or the swimming pool. Very inconvenient when one person wants to go to the beach and the other wants to go shopping. We were supposed to leave the keys in the mailbox when several people were leaving. The same mailbox, which is almost two kilometers away and can be accessed by several people.…. We were promised an extra set, but we never heard anything back about it. We travel extensively and book and visit many accommodations worldwide, this communication and service could really be improved.
